Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using kanousei.net, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Kanousei is operated by 叶セイ.

What Kanousei is

Kanousei is an education, information, and job-readiness preparation platform. It helps workers from developing countries prepare for employment opportunities in Japan through structured learning paths, readiness assessments, and application intake. Kanousei is not a licensed recruitment agency (職業紹介事業者), staffing firm, or immigration consultancy.

What Kanousei is not

• Kanousei does not guarantee employment, job placement, or visa approval.
• Kanousei does not act as an intermediary between employers and job seekers for the purpose of placement.
• Kanousei does not charge workers for job introductions or employer access.
• Kanousei does not provide immigration, legal, or financial advice.
• Content and guidance on the platform are for educational and preparatory purposes only.

Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting an application.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Kanousei.
• One person should maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or removed.

Application submissions

When you submit an application through Kanousei, it is reviewed by the founding team as part of readiness assessment and track-direction guidance. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, a placement guarantee, or a contractual obligation. Kanousei may use application data to improve the platform and to provide you with follow-up guidance.

Readiness check and learning paths

The readiness check produces scores and recommendations based on your self-reported answers. These are educational tools, not certifications or qualifications. Learning path progress is tracked to help you and the platform understand your preparation state. Completion of learning paths does not guarantee readiness for employment.

Founder review and reroute

The founding team may review your application and suggest changes to your primary track direction. These suggestions are guidance based on preparation signals, not binding decisions. You retain the choice to accept or keep your current track at any time.

Intellectual property

All content on kanousei.net, including text, design, learning materials, and assessments, is owned by 叶セイ or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false or misleading information in applications or forms.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content from the site.
• Do not misrepresent your relationship with Kanousei to employers or third parties.

Limitation of liability

Kanousei is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 叶セイ disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to failed employment applications, visa denials, financial losses, or reliance on platform content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Kanousei at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason related to platform integrity. You may stop using Kanousei at any time and request account deletion through our contact page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Kanousei after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from your use of Kanousei shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
